Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that RxHQ holds about you, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms — which require that apps accessing user data provide a way for users to request deletion of that data.

How to Request Data Deletion

RxHQ uses the WhatsApp Business API, which is part of Meta's platform. You may request the deletion of all personal data RxHQ holds about you by following the steps below.

Steps

  1. Send an email to hello@rxhq.in with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  2. Include the WhatsApp number or name associated with your data so we can locate your records
  3. We will send you a confirmation email within 72 hours acknowledging your request
  4. Your data will be permanently deleted from all active RxHQ systems within 30 days of confirmation, and flagged for removal from backups within a further 30 days

What gets deleted: Upon a verified deletion request, we will erase your name, WhatsApp number, appointment records, and conversation history from our systems. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law.

After deletion is complete, we will send you a final confirmation. If you do not receive a response within 5 business days of submitting your request, please follow up at hello@rxhq.in.
